Many people think that stainless steel will never rust. In fact, the corrosion resistance mechanism of stainless steel is to form a passivation film on its surface. In nature, it exists in the form of a more stable oxide. That is to say, although stainless steel is used according to the The conditions are different, the degree of evolution is different, but they are all oxidized in the end. This phenomenon is often called corrosion.
  The metal surface exposed in the corrosive environment will undergo chemical reaction and be corroded. The parts with weak corrosion resistance in the passive film on the stainless steel surface will form a corrosion reaction due to the self-excited reaction, forming small holes, coupled with the approach of chloride ions, forming a strong corrosive solution and accelerating the speed of the corrosion reaction. There are also crystal corrosion cracking inside the stainless steel, all of which destroy the passive film on the surface of the stainless steel. Therefore, the stainless steel surface must be regularly cleaned and maintained to maintain its gorgeous surface and prolong its service life. When cleaning the stainless steel surface, care must be taken not to scratch the surface, avoid the use of bleaching ingredients, abrasive cleaning liquids, steel balls, grinding tools, etc. In order to remove the cleaning liquid, rinse the surface with clean water after washing.
  When there is dust on the stainless steel surface and the dirt is easy to remove, it can be washed with soap and weak detergent; the binder component, use the final or organic solvent (ethanol, benzene) to scrub.
  Contamination of grease, oil and lubricating oil on the stainless steel surface, wipe clean with a soft cloth, then wash with neutral detergent or ammonia solution or use special detergent.
   When using oil bleach and various acid attachments on stainless steel surface, rinse with water immediately, then soak with ammonia solution or neutral carbonated soda water solution, and wash with neutral detergent or warm water.
  The rust caused by the stainless steel surface can be washed with 10% nitric acid or abrasive detergent, or with special detergents.
